The building dates from the XVIth Century. Due to its historical importance it is recorded in the ‘Gran Enciclopedia de Mallorca’ and has been maintained through the generations by the same family.
The present owners, the Siquier Family, restored the property preserving the traditional style of the old houses of the island. Architectural elements of the past such as beams, canework ceilings, stonewalls, and buttresses are combined with modern facilities to provide you with excellent comfort.
