Personal Data Processing
This website does not automatically collect personal data (via forms, analytical cookies, etc.). However, if you voluntarily contact us by email (finca@sonpons.com), we will process your data (email address, name, and any information included in the message) for the following purposes:

1. To address your inquiry or request.

2. To manage bookings or related services (if your email is linked to the external booking system).

Legal Basis: Processing is based on your implied consent when contacting us (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and/or our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) to respond to legitimate requests.

Recipients: We do not share your data with third parties, except for legal obligations or if your inquiry requires forwarding to an external provider (e.g., booking platform). In such cases, we will inform you beforehand.

Retention Period: Data will be deleted once your inquiry is resolved, unless we are legally required to retain it (e.g., invoices) or you request to be added to our contact list.

Your Rights
You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection) by emailing finca@sonpons.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Spanish DPA.

External Bookings
Bookings are managed through third-party platforms (Little Hotelier). By clicking the booking link, you will be redirected to their website, where their privacy policy applies. We recommend reviewing it before providing any data.
