On your arrival day, your room will be available from 13:00. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to remain in the finca.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00. If your departure is early in the morning, please let us know the day before and we will prepare a special breakfast. If you are leaving in the afternoon, you are more than welcome to remain in the finca until your departure time (luggage room and shower available).
To confirm a booking the hotel only requires 15% deposit.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 15 days prior to arrival: free of charge (your deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled)
Between 14 until 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of total amount
Between 6 days until 1 day prior to arrival: 70% of total amount
No Shows and Early departure: 100% of total amount
You can use our business center in order to check your e-mails or flight details.
For our guests we offer private parking, free of charge.
You will find towels for the pool in your room.
They can be changed if necessary by our Son Pons Team.
Baby cots are free of charge for children under 2 years old.
Only accepted in Junior Suite Superior and Junior Suite Deluxe.
